<h1>Jsme LANDCRAFT</h1>
<p>Jsme zemědělci, včelaři a zahradníci. Na konci našeho snažení je malý lihovar, ale nejsme jenom dva kluci s kotlem. Pěstujeme si vlastní byliny a celý rok provázíme ovoce na jeho cestě od pupenu přes květ až k plodu. Zajímá nás příroda a krajina jako celek. Nehoníme se za co nejlepší slivovicí nebo meruňkovicí. Naším cílem je dostat do láhve krajinu a její bohatství. Baví nás principy cirkulární ekonomiky, takže často cíleně pracujeme s tím, co jiní vyhodí. Ať jsou to stáčky z cidrérií nebo pomerančové slupky. Pokud pořád ještě nevíte, musíte to prostě ochutnat.</p>

<h2>Vnímáme krajinu jako celek</h2>
<p>Staráme se o sady se starými odrůdami jabloní, ořešáků a višní. Když vysazujeme sady nové, stavíme je na vysokokmenech takových odrůd, které nepotřebují chemické ošetření. V sadech máme vlastní včelstva, která nám stromy opylují, a jejichž med pak dál využíváme při výrobě likérů. Hodně času trávíme na mezích a loukách. Sbíráme trnky, šípky, špendlíky a další divoké ovoce.</p>

<p>Pěstujeme pelyňky, mátu, meduňku, yzop a spoustu dalších bylin. Když vyrábíme likéry, používáme jenom ovoce, byliny, med a destilát. Nikdy nepracujeme s umělými aromaty ani barvivy. Spolupracujeme s malými naturálními vinaři a cideristy – z jejich základu vyrábíme vermuty. Spolupracujeme s malými pivovary – z jejich surovin vyrábíme whisky.</p>

<p>Nikam nespěcháme. Destiláty u nás často zrají tři a více let v dubových sudech. Během zrání se jejich aroma zakulatí, získají nádhernou zlatou barvu, svůdnou karamelovou vůni a bohatou, ušlechtilou chuť. I likéry a vermuty dáváme do sudů, byť ne na tak dlouho. Zrání ve dřevě jim dodává eleganci a vyrovnanost, která se dá těžko docílit jinak.</p>

<h2>Děláme malé šarže</h2>
<p>Máme malý provoz. Od většiny našich výrobků vzniká jen jeden sud. Sud má 225 litrů, takže asi 450 láhví. Většina produktů se neopakuje. U limitovanách šarží používáme etikety z ručně vyráběného papíru, každá láhev má svoje číslo. Upřednostňujeme stálé zákazníky, to jsou ti, kteří mají předplaceno všechno, co za rok uděláme. </p>
